Nolan is results-driven, investing most of his time on finding ways to identify and improve the performance of learning programs through the lens of return-on-investment. He is passionate about networking with people in the learning and training community and he grows this network through a popular podcast called The Talent Equation Podcast where he interviews executives about any topic related to talent development. On a personal note, Nolan is an avid outdoorsman and fly fisherman, spending most of his free time on rivers across the Pacific Northwest.

Anu Galhotra, SVP of Advisory Practice, Infopro Learning Anu Galhotra leads advisory services at Infopro Learning. She is a transformation advisor who has spent more than a decade partnering with CLOs, CHROs and senior L&D leaders to align learning, skills and operating models to business outcomes. Her work spans six transformation levers: business alignment, design excellence, operating model, workflows, technology and analytics. She has led global teams across India/APAC, EMEA, the UK and the U.S., and her work has been recognized with multiple Brandon Hall and ATD awards.
