Career Pathways in L&D

How did you get into learning and development?

This article series shares the real stories behind learning leaders, including how they entered the field, pivotal career moments and lessons learned along the way. Each article concludes with practical advice for professionals navigating their own growth.

If your journey can inspire others, we encourage you to share it.

Dear L&D

“Dear L&D” is a letter-style series written directly to the L&D profession.

Articles reflect a pain point, blind spot or opportunity for change. These are not rants. They are thoughtful, experience-driven letters written with professionalism and optimism about the future of learning.

If there’s something you’ve been wanting to say to the industry, this is your opportunity.
