Thomas Magnifico is the global head of customer success at D-ID, leading the team managing strategic enterprise relationships with organizations like PepsiCo, Softbank and JP Morgan Chase. With over a decade in customer success leadership, Thomas previously held key positions at ModuleQ and CrossCap. He specializes in implementing AI solutions, creating strategic partnerships and developing data-driven customer success frameworks that drive measurable business outcomes. Thomas holds an Executive MBA and Master’s in Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and a BS in Computer Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
