Many organizations are investing heavily in artificial intelligence (AI), yet few can point to meaningful bottom-line impact. The issue often lies in how AI is scoped, implemented and operationalized across the business. This webinar unpacks why AI initiatives stall after pilots and demos, and what leaders must do differently to move from experimentation to measurable results.

In this session, we’ll explore how successful organizations anchor AI to real business problems, prepare their people for new ways of working and establish the metrics and governance needed to scale with confidence. Walk away with a clearer roadmap for turning AI from a promising experiment into a repeatable driver of value.

In this session, attendees will learn:

  • Why AI pilots fail to scale and how to avoid innovation theater
  • How to tie AI initiatives to revenue, efficiency and cost outcomes
  • The role of change management, skills and adoption in AI ROI
  • What winning organizations do to operationalize AI at scale
