\r\nHOW DOES TRAINING INDUSTRY COURSES USE THE DATA FROM MY TEAM ASSESSMENT?<\/h3>\r\nThe data from this assessment will always remain 100% confidential and anonymous. In fact, you won't even know how your individual team members responded. Your teams\u2019 results will be combined <\/span><\/span>and presented to you during <\/span><\/span><\/span>your consultation <\/span><\/span><\/span>with Training Industry\u2019s director of professional development.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\r\n
HOW DOES IT WORK?<\/h3>\r\nStep 1: Invite your training team to complete this <\/span><\/b>competency assessment<\/span><\/b><\/a>.<\/span><\/b> Make sure they all type the name of your organization correctly; this is how we will identify and aggregate their responses. See an example email below. To protect the anonymity of individual results, you must have at least five team members respond to be able have<\/span> your results ga<\/span><\/span><\/span>thered and presented during <\/span><\/span><\/span>your consultation<\/span><\/span><\/span>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>\r\n
