Finances<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\r\nI am registered for a course. Where can I find my receipt?<\/strong><\/span> After your online purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to a receipt. In the event you cannot locate the receipt or need a more detailed receipt, please contact us here<\/a> and let us know which course you registered for.\r\n\r\nI registered someone else for a course. How can I receive a receipt?<\/strong><\/span> Please contact us here<\/a>, and let us know who you registered and which course they are registered for and we can send it to you.\r\n

LMS<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\r\nI have not received my login information, when will I receive it?<\/strong><\/span> If you have not received your login information within 1 business day, please contact us here<\/a>.\r\n\r\nI can no longer attend my course session. How do I change my date?<\/strong><\/span> Please contact us here<\/a> and we will send you a form to change your course date. Please note, if you are changing within 30 days of your course, you will be subject to a change fee.\r\n\r\nI need to update my personal information for my program. Who can I talk to? <\/strong><\/span> You can update your personal information in the Training Industry LMS here<\/a>. If you would like to update your username, contact us here<\/a>.\r\n\r\nI can\u2019t find the link to my course, where can I log in to the LMS? <\/strong><\/span> You can log in and find all your courses here<\/a>.\r\n\r\nI updated my password and while logging in received an error.<\/strong><\/span> Please be sure to clear your history prior to logging in after changing your password.\r\n

CPTM Recertification<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\r\nWhere do I find CPTM alumni information?<\/strong><\/span> You will find your alumni dashboard here<\/a>.\r\n\r\nWhere do I log my hours for CPTM recertification?<\/strong><\/span> You can log your recertification hours in the LMS here<\/a>.\r\n\r\nI have tracked my hours, but they haven\u2019t been approved. How can I get them approved?<\/strong><\/span> You will need to complete the recertification application and payment<\/a> for us to review your hours.\r\n\r\nWhat do I need to do for recertification?<\/strong><\/span> You will find the steps for recertification on your dashboard<\/a>.
