The acquisition of Huler, a smart intranet with AI-powered search and personalization, signals Thrive\u2019s \u201ccontinued mission to design a unified future of learning and employee experience, with technology people actually want \u2014 and use,\u201d the <a href=\"https:\/\/trainingindustry.com\/press-release\/learning-technologies\/thrive-acquires-huler-to-form-the-worlds-first-integrated-learning-mentoring-and-employee-experience-platform\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">press release<\/a><\/li>\r\n \t<li>Honor Education, a learning platform and solutions provider, announced <a href=\"https:\/\/trainingindustry.com\/press-release\/learning-technologies\/honor-education-secures-38m-series-a-to-reinvent-digital-learning-experiences\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">$38 million in Series A funding<\/a> from Alpha Edison, Wasserstein &amp; Co, Audeo Ventures, Interlock Partners, New Wave Capital and other investors.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h2>Other Deals by Market Segment<\/h2>\r\nHere are the remaining deals we took note of last quarter, organized by market sector:\r\n<h2>Learning Services and Outsourcing<\/h2>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>NIIT Learning Systems Limited, a global leader in managed learning services, completed the <a href=\"https:\/\/trainingindustry.com\/press-release\/learning-services-and-outsourcing\/niit-learning-systems-limited-niit-mts-acquires-mst-group-germany-to-expand-managed-learning-services-portfolio-in-europe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">acquisition<\/a> of Munich, Germany-based MST Group, a managed learning services provider.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-138691\" src=\"https:\/\/trainingindustry.com\/content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/MA_Q3_2025_Card3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1920\" height=\"600\" \/>\r\n<h2>Performance Management<\/h2>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Thrive, a learning technology company, announced the <a href=\"https:\/\/trainingindustry.com\/press-release\/performance-management\/thrive-announces-strategic-acquisition-of-guider-the-uks-leading-mentoring-and-coaching-platform\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">acquisition of Guider<\/a>, an AI-powered mentoring and coaching platform, in a multimillion-pound deal.
