About the Awards<\/strong><\/h6>\r\nWhat are Top 20 and Watch List Companies?<\/em><\/strong>\r\n\r\nA\u00a0<\/span>Top 20 company<\/span><\/b>\u00a0is an organization recognized by\u00a0Training\u00a0Industry as a leading provider within a specific training sector. These companies distinguish themselves through innovative products and services that meet the learning needs of a wide range of client organizations.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\nEach list\u00a0represents\u00a0overall sector leadership, while the accompanying\u00a0<\/span>Watch List companies<\/span><\/b>\u00a0(where applicable) highlight emerging or specialized providers with unique strengths or capabilities. Not every category includes a Watch List.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\nTop 20 awards are announced annually across categories focusing on courseware (leadership training, sales training, etc.), learning services and learning technologies.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\nWhy does Training Industry publish the Top Training Companies Lists?<\/strong><\/em>\r\n\r\nOur mission is to create a more efficient marketplace for learning. The lists help buyers of training quickly\u00a0<\/span>identify<\/span>\u00a0the most qualified partners, while also recognizing suppliers with proven impact and innovation. The lists are among the most popular resources on TrainingIndustry.com, ranking highly in search results and reaching thousands of learning leaders worldwide.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\nHow are new categories or program updates introduced?<\/strong><\/em>\r\n\r\nCategories evolve each year based on market trends, provider\u00a0<\/span>innovation<\/span>\u00a0and feedback from the learning community. New categories are introduced to reflect emerging technologies and delivery methods shaping corporate learning. The next year\u2019s application calendar is released in Q4.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\r\n
Eligibility and Application<\/strong><\/h6>\r\nHow do I apply?<\/em><\/strong>\r\n\r\nAll companies must complete an online application through our award platform during the\u00a0<\/span>category's<\/span>\u00a0application window. The application schedule lists open,\u00a0<\/span>close<\/span>\u00a0and release dates for each category. Notifications are also sent to Top Training\u00a0<\/span>Companies<\/span>\u00a0subscribers.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\nWho should apply?<\/strong><\/em>\r\n\r\nAny organization that delivers\u00a0<\/span>corporate\u00a0<\/span>training programs, products<\/span>\u00a0or services within a listed\u00a0<\/span>category<\/span>\u00a0is<\/span>\u00a0welcome and\u00a0<\/span>encouraged to<\/span>\u00a0apply. Global providers, regional\u00a0<\/span>specialists<\/span>\u00a0and both public and private companies are eligible. Companies<\/span>\u00a0must serve the Business English market. Companies<\/span>\u00a0may apply for multiple categories if they meet the respective criteria.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\nIs there a fee for the application?<\/em><\/strong>\r\n\r\nNo. Unlike other training awards, there is no cost to apply. The Top Training Companies lists are<\/span>\u00a0purely<\/span>\u00a0merit-based.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\nWhen are the applications open and when is the deadline?<\/em><\/strong>\r\n\r\nEach category has its own application window<\/a>, which is open for two weeks. Applications close at 11:59<\/span>\u00a0p.m.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>ET on the posted deadline. Any application received after the deadline cannot be guaranteed consideration for the lists.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\nCan I preview or work offline on my application?<\/strong><\/em>\r\n\r\nYes.\u00a0<\/span>You can s<\/span>tart an entry in\u00a0<\/span>the award portal<\/span>\u00a0to review questions in advance. If you plan to draft responses offline, i<\/span><\/span>t is strongly\u00a0<\/span>advised to start<\/span>\u00a0your entry in the system first to ensure your information is saved and to help avoid missing the submission deadlines.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\nDo I need to complete all the information on the application to be considered?<\/em><\/strong>\r\n\r\nTo\u00a0fairly and fully evaluate and compare all applications, we recommend that each applicant answer all questions about their company to the best of their knowledge and abilities. Leaving questions blank will hinder our ability to compare your company\u00a0to\u00a0other applicants, and we may consider an application incomplete if all necessary information is not provided.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\nYou are strongly encouraged to provide complete information so that we can\u00a0properly assess\u00a0your organization\u2019s capabilities. Leaving information out when other companies (private or public) provide the information may\u00a0impact\u00a0your organization\u2019s potential to be included on the award list for a training sector.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\nWhile omitting information neither disqualifies nor penalizes your application, it limits our ability to differentiate your company from others that may be contenders for the Top 20 award. We will do our best to follow up on incomplete applications to ensure information was not omitted in error.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\nSupporting uploads (such as case studies, marketing\u00a0materials\u00a0or program examples) should follow the file format and size requirements listed in the portal.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\nOur award platform has top-of-the-line security and certifications. Your information is protected through GDPR, LCPD,\u00a0CCPA\u00a0and APP. The platform is also certified and compliant with the Consensus Assessments Initiative Questionnaire (CAIQ) v3.1, ISO\/IEC 27001: 2013 standard and PCI DSS. Sensitive information is strictly confidential, and we are committed to helping companies feel secure.\u00a0<\/em>\r\n\r\nCan I apply to more than one category?<\/strong><\/em>\r\n\r\nYes. Companies may apply for multiple categories if they meet the eligibility criteria for each. Data and Confidentiality<\/strong><\/h6>\r\nAre application entries confidential?<\/strong><\/em>\r\n\r\nYes. All application data is reviewed internally and never shared with third parties. If your company is selected, Training Industry may use a\u00a0<\/span>portion<\/span>\u00a0of your application data to create a company profile\u00a0<\/span>or\u00a0<\/span>for<\/span>\u00a0thought<\/span>\u00a0leadership content, but sensitive details such as revenue remain confidential.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\nOur company does not share revenue information; will this affect our award application?<\/em><\/strong>\r\n\r\nRevenue data is not\u00a0<\/span>required<\/span>\u00a0but is encouraged. Without this information, it may be harder to assess your company\u2019s size and growth compared to others. Omitting revenue will not automatically disqualify your application, but it may limit our ability to fully evaluate your market presence.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\nHow is my information protected?<\/strong><\/em>\r\n\r\nThe Award<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>F<\/span>orce platform\u00a0<\/span>complies with<\/span>\u00a0global privacy standards (GDPR, LCPD, CCPA, APP) and\u00a0<\/span>maintains<\/span>\u00a0certifications under CAIQ v3.1, ISO\/IEC 27001:2013, and PCI DSS.
