According to the Center for Creative Leadership<\/a>, active listening includes six skills: paying attention, withholding judgment, reflecting, clarifying, summarizing and sharing. Many training programs for leaders and salespeople include content on active listening, as both leaders and salespeople must listen well in order to do their job successfully.
