Founded in Training Industry’s Training Manager Competency Model™, this certificate is earned over eight hours spaced across two days in a virtual instructor-led (VILT) classroom setting. Throughout that time, you’ll work with peers to discuss your own needs assessment processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Before the program, you will receive access to all digital materials, including 13 job aids and templates as well as the student workbook that you will use during the course. The workbook provides resources and space to take notes during group activities.
