Over the course of two days, take part in a live, virtual instructor-led (VILT) class that includes ample time for discussion, analysis, real-world examples and case studies designed to help you measure training and development effectiveness in your organization.

PREWORK

Prior to the course, you’ll gain access to an interactive eLearning module and an assignment to complete your evaluation plan template. This assignment will guide you in assessing your current measurement and evaluation strategies.

DAY 1 - Foundations of Training Evaluation

APPROACHES TO TRAINING EVALUATION

  • Discussion of your previous experience with measuring training effectiveness.
